How to Use the Help Centre

Welcome to the OldPain2Go Help Centre. This short guide shows you how to find what you need.

Search for an answer

Type a word or a question into the search box near the top of the page, and matching articles will appear. This is the quickest way to find something specific.

Browse by category

Prefer to look around? Scroll down the home page to see the categories, then open any one to see the articles inside it.

Read in your language

Every article is available in several languages. Use the Language menu at the top of any page to switch. The page reloads in your chosen language, and you can switch back whenever you like.

Spotted a mistake?

Our translations are checked, but if something still reads wrong to you, use the Spotted a mistake? box at the bottom of a translated article to let us know. Add your email if you would like a reply, and your report goes straight to our team.
